Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, ensuring efficient office operations, and maintaining professional communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Support management and staff with coordination and follow-ups
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in office management or related fields
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of online collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
